The best part is that a few months later I had misplaced the remote control in my master bedroom. When I called them I was expecting to be charged for a new one. TO MY SURPRISE THEY SENT OUT ONE OF THEIR INSTALLERS WITH A NEW REMOTE TO REPROGRAM MY SHADES. Best part of all they did not charge me for the remote!!!! ☺ I would definitely recommend Superior blinds!!
