    My boyfriend and I have been here multiple times due to the convenience of this location. However, we do not plan on going back. The customer service is horrible and the prices are not competitive at all. Our first bad experience was when my boyfriends car was having problems starting, we assumed it was the battery. We drove the car here and after paying for and changing to a new battery the car still wouldn't start. The employee helping us simply said, (not kidding or re-phrasing) "Oh, that sucks, I don't know what's wrong with it." and walks back inside. That was it. Luckily, Goodyear Tires was next door and they were able to take a look at his car the next day. Who does that? It ended up being a starter issue, but that's not the point of this review. Needless to say, I am an idiot for trying to go there again for battery help, this time for my vehicle. The employee ran a battery check and said "yep you need a new battery". I asked him if he could give me the reading of voltage or whatever it is coming from my battery and he just told me "bad, it's bad". Immediatly I was thinking this dude is seeing me as a female and trying to rip me off, but I knew I needed a battery so I followed him inside to find and pay for a battery they had available. Im not dumb, and I know how much a battery for my car costs. He quoted me almost $200 for a battery. After he realized I wasn't planning on paying that much, he acted like I was a pain in his you know what and wasting his time...very rude. I went somewhere else 10 min later and got a new battery for half the price. If you have taken the time to read this entire review, thank you. I hope this helps save you wasted time and money from this O'Reilly Auto parts location.

    I was originally helped by an inexperienced employee due to it being his first day. I nicely asked for a more knowledgeable employee and the gentleman was so helpful and knowledgeable. He (I wish I remembered his name) explained all the differences to me and what would work best for my car. He knew I needed the part asap so he got the part delivered from the main warehouse in 2 hours from when I requested it. He even gave me a courtesy call to let me know it got there and was ready for pickup. Thank you very much!!

    As a lady not used to being in a parts store, the sevice was excellent, advice on the level and they followed through on their commitment to me. Very impressed!
